At KDP we offer Clinical Pilates Reformer rehabilitative programs designed to progressively strengthen your body to enable recovery from injury, management of chronic pain conditions, improve balance and flexibility and to enable exercise in a safe, pain free and supervised way. All classes are small, individualized and lead by a trained Clinical Pilates Physiotherapist.
