Birth preparation assessment - Recommended from 25 weeks pre-natal. A session to help prepare your body and mind with education and strategies to use to enable the most positive birth/delivery experience and aid early post-natal recovery. |
BEYOND BUMP
Early Intervention Consultation - Recommended between 2-4 weeks post-natal. share your birth story and receive early physiotherapy intervention to aid in your optimal post birth recovery. Optional in home or in clinic assessment. |

Beyond Bump Assessment - Recommended from 6 week post-natal. An assessment of strength, coordination, endurance and pelvic floor recovery.
